Have you done all of the following yet?:

Have you taken a "nap" at your desk by clicking on the yellow pillow? A very important clue can be found that way.

Did you use the MCX machine at the morgue yet? Were you able to get a "perfect image" while using it? This will provide information as to how the victim died and will help you find an important clue. Take any clues you find to the gun shop.

Did you go to the morgue and see the ear that is on the tray? The ear, found in the victim's stomach, was bitten off and swallowed by the victim just before or while she was murdered. The ear is probably from the killer. Why is this important?... If your ear was bitten off, where would you go next?

The kerosene was used to feed the fire, but have you found the object that was used to start the fire? It can be found at the scene of the crime near the burned building.
